Donald O'Bryant

Mr. Donald R. O’Bryant, 84, of Dalton, passed away Sunday, December 14, 2014 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was the son of the late, Robert and Leona Morgan O’Braynt and was preceded in death by his brothers, Milton, Clyde, S. J., Paul and Lester; a sister Marydale Grady.
Donald attended Grove Level Baptist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60years, Barbara Faye Stacy O’Bryant of Dalton; sons and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Henny O’Braynt of Ooltewah, TN and Alan O’Bryant of Miami Springs, FL; brothers and sister-in-law, Ben O’Bryant and Oscar and Barbara O’Bryant all of Dalton; grandchildren, Kristen O’Bryant, Justin O’Bryant and Derek and Erinn Solares; great-grandchildren, Talula O’Bryant, Caleb Solares, Braelyn Solares, Addison Solares and Annabelle Sapp and many, many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Grove Level Baptist Church with the Rev. Charlie Bridges officiating.
The Grove Level Senior Men’s Sunday School Class will be honorary pallbearers.
Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m.
The family asks that flowers please be omitted and memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis TN 38105.
