Ralph "Buck" Smithey

Mr. Ralph “Buck” Smithey, 70, of Dalton, died Friday, January 19, 2006 in Hamilton Medical Center.
He was the son of the late, James and Linda Long Smithey and was preceded in death by his wife, Betty West Smithey; sisters, Pearline Shaw, Mildred Lord, Edna Reeves; brothers, Frank Smithey and James Smithey.
Buck is survived by his children, Belinda Smithey of Dalton, Ralph Smithey, Jr. of Summerville and Steve Smithey of Dalton.
Sisters, Betty Smithey , Bernice Todd, Jean Ault and Pat Stamey all of Dalton.
Brother, Bill Smithey of Dalton.
Grandchildren, Shawn, Matthew, Justin, Jeremy, Zeb and Farah.
Nieces and nephews.
Services will be Saturday at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Crider officiating.
Burial will follow in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Friday after 4 P.M.
