Raumond Thornton

Mr. Raymond Thornton, 63, of Dalton, died Sunday January 22, 2006 at his residence.
He was the son of the late, Edward E. and Bertha Brock Thornton and was preceded in death by his sister, Rebecca Thornton.
Raymond was a veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by his of 36 years wife, Sandra Ratcliff Thornton of the residence.
Daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda Kay and David Wilson of Signal Mountain, TN., Valarey and Brandon Brock of Ringgold, Cindy Thornton of Dalton.
Sisters, Wanda Brindle, Linda Blankenship, Roberta Nicholson, Reba Robertson and Rita Thornton all of Dalton.
Brother, Ronald Thornton of Dalton.
Grandchildren, Jennifer Gaston, Allen Thurman, Claire Wilson and Conner Wilson.
One Great-Granddaughter, Bailey Gaston.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 A. M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Hasel Bartley officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
The Family will revive friends at Love Funeral Home Monday from 4 to 9 P.M.
