Mrs. Moreen Jones Headrick, 88, of Dalton, passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late James M. Jones and Marilou Godfrey Jones.
Moreen was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Seth Headrick and her brother, Glenn Jones.
She was a member of the Dalton First United Methodist Church.
Moreen is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Diane and John Young of Lilburn, GA and Beth and Randy Beckler of Dalton; sisters, Marion Kinney of Murphy, NC and Betty Jones of Dalton; brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Kaye Jones of Dalton; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Willie Mae and Lawrence Tate of Greensboro, NC; grandchildren, Mark and Greta Beckler, Bryan and Jamie Beckler, and Kristen and Dev Belflower; great-grandchildren, Jackson Beckler, Lyla Beckler, Jeb Beckler, Charlie Beckler, Will Beckler, Thomas Belflower, and Mae Belflower; nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Headrick will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Dalton First United Methodist Church with Dr. Robin Lindsey and Rev. Kenny Ott officiating.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from noon until 2 p.m. in the Atrium of the Church.
Burial will be at Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family asks that flowers be omitted and memorials be made to First United Methodist Church, 500 N Thornton Ave., Dalton GA 30720.
