Paul Farmer

Mr. Paul Reid Farmer, 81, of Dalton, passed away Monday, December 29, 2014 at Hamilton Medical Center.

He was the son of the late Ervin and Maude Forrester Farmer and was preceded in death by sisters, Norma Ruth Farmer White, Ruby Farmer Patterson, and Regina Farmer Raper; brothers, Robert Cecil Farmer and Raymond Farmer.

Paul was a Veteran of the United States Army. He loved hunting and fishing and enjoyed watching baseball and football.

Paul is survived by his wife, Darliene Ryder Farmer of Dalton; step-daughters, Valorie Teague of Jasper, GA and Denise Hyatt of McCaysville, GA; brother, Reuben Fred Farmer of Atlanta, GA; nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Paul will be held in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home on Friday at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Lawrence Wagnon and the Rev. Raymond English officiating.

Entombment will follow in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday from 11 AM until 1 PM.
