Lillie Goforth

Mrs. Lillie Grace Sneed Goforth, 74, of Dalton, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late, William Phares Sneed, Sr. and Edna Kephart Sneed and was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Goforth; son, W. C. “Dubby” Goforth; sisters, Ruby Dockery, Dora Cantrell; brothers, Vernon Sneed and Clyde Sneed.
Lillie is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and David Pardue of Dalton; sister, Lucy Davis of Murphy, N.C.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Odis and Glenda Sneed of Murphy, N.C., Robert and Martha Sneed of Tunnel Hill, William and Mary Sneed of Dalton; granddaughters, Trista Beard and Kira Beard both of Dalton; one great-grandson, Zachary Beard; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday at 11 A.M. from the City View Church of God with the Rev. Gerald Foster officiating.
Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Thursday from 5 to 9 P.M.
