Kenneth Gazaway,

Mr. Kenneth Lebron Gazaway, 73, of Dalton, went to be with the Lord Friday, November 28, 2008 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was born in Redwine Cove on January 22, 1935 to the late, Tillman and Willena Redwine Gazaway and was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Gazaway and brother, Jerry Gazaway.
Kenneth was a veteran of the United States Army and The National Guard. He was a Mason, member of the Shriners, played guitar and sang for Easy Does It singing group and was employed by Bob Johnston and Company for forty years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Mary Ann Rewis Gazaway of Dalton; sons, Lane Gazaway of Houston, TX, Tyler Gazaway of Dalton; daughter, Traci Gazaway of Redwine Cove; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sandra and Dewitt Greene of Dalton, Diane and Tony Hammontree of Redwine Cove, Delores and James Ramsey of Dalton, Deborah and Bob Brewster of Dalton, Cindy and Carl Smith of Dalton; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Phyllis Gazaway of Pace, FL.; grandchildren, Trevor Gazaway and Maddie Gazaway; sister-in-law and her husband, Vivian and Edmond Jackson of Dalton; also survived by several nephews, nieces, and great-nephews and great-nieces.
Services will be Sunday at 2 P.M. from City View Church of God with the Rev. George Ross and the Rev. Gerald Foster officiating.
The family will receive friends Saturday at Love Funeral home from 5 to 8 P.M.
Burial will follow in Redwine Cove Cemetery with Ken Jackson, Spencer Gazaway, Eric Gazaway, Shane Gazaway, Trevor Gazaway, Jeremy Ramsey, Ryan Brewster and Brandon Greene serving as Pallbearers; Hoyt Gazaway, Lamar Gazaway and Andrew Jackson will be Honorary pallbearers.
