Dorothy Cline

Mrs. Dorothy Hogan Cline, 82, of the Harris Hills community near
Chattanooga, TN., passed away at her residence, Tuesday, December 9, 2008 due to complications of Alzheimer’s disease.
A native of Dalton, Ga., she the daughter of the late, Ned R. and Janie Tipton Hogan and was preceded in death by her brother, John G. Hogan.
She was employed prior to her marriage as an executive secretary by the former First National Bank of Dalton and was a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church in Chattanooga.
Dorothy is survived by her husband of 53 years, John D. Cline, Sr.; son, John D. Cline, Jr.; daughter, Anna M. Cline all of the Harris Hill community; grandson, Richard M. Mayo of Kennesaw, Ga.; brother, William S. Hogan of Council Bluff, IA.
Services will be Friday at 2 P.M. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Ben Matherly officiating.
Burial will follow in Swamp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Thursday from 5 to 8 P.M.
