Ronnie Houston

Mr. Jerry Ronald “Ronnie” Houston, 70, of Rocky Face passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at his residence.

He was the son of the late Virgil and Mae Houston and was preceded in death by his brother, Macky Houston and sister, Geraldine Dyer.

Ronnie was retired from Whitfield County Public Works and was a member of Hillcrest Church of Christ in Tunnel Hill.

He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Brenda Morgan Houston of the residence; son, Craig Houston of Rocky Face; grandchildren, Austin and Madyson Houston of Gainesville, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Ann Houston of Rocky Face; nieces and nephews also survive.

A graveside service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Whitfield Memorial Gardens with Minister Roy Clark officiating.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m.
