Jewel Edward Richards

Mr. Jewel Edward Richards, 80, of Dalton passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Wood Dale Health Care Center. He was the son of the late Jack Bruce and Reba Groves Richards and was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Bridges Richards and brothers, Charles Earnest Richards and Jack Richards Jr. Jewel is survived by his daughters, Mary Jean Morgan and Debbie Carol Graham; grandchildren, John Paul Morgan and Seth Edward Graham; and great-grandchildren, Kenneth Hunter Morgan and Emily Lynn Weathers all of Dalton; sisters and brother-in-law, Jean Carroll, Lela Akins, and Polly and M.B. Cooper. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3 PM in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with Rev. Tim McIntosh officiating. Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
