Alice Gross

Mrs. Alice Henry Gross, 90, of Dalton, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2009.
She was the daughter of the late, Claud and Verda Elkins Henry and was preceded in death by her husband, C. Hugh Gross; sisters, Doris Sapp and Hazel Marney; brother, Howard Henry.
Alice was a lifelong member of the Dalton First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, David “Punkin” and Lana Gross, Nancy Casteel all of Dalton, Doug and Tammy Gross of Rocky Face; grandchildren, Casey and Sandy Casteel, Gordon Gross and Hayden Gross; nieces and nephew.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 A.M. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Dr. Billy Nimmons officiating.
Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Wednesday from 5 to 8 P.M.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity.
