Quentin R. Gifford

Quentin R. Gifford, age 72 of Enon, Ohio and formerly of Dalton passed away January 15, 2016 peacefully at his home.

He was born November 10, 1943 in Mt. Olivet, KY to the late William Julian and Veda Gifford. In addition to his parents, Quentin was preceded in death by his loving wife of 23 years, Claudell Gifford in 1999.

He is survived by his present wife, Patricia Gifford; children, Marvin R. (Jeanne) Gifford, Michele (Timothy) Harner and Marc E. (Stephanie) Gifford; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Larry (Carol) Wolfe; longtime friends, Mike and Suzie Freeze.

A private burial will be held at Maple Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Dalton, GA with Military Honors by American Legion Post 112.

Funeral services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home in Dayton, OH.
