William "Billy" Robert Jones

Mr. William “Billy” Robert Jones, 69, of the Carbondale Community, passed away January 24, 2016 surrounded by his family.

He was born May 18, 1946 in Dalton, Georgia.

Billy was preceded in death by his son, Justin Jones; parents, Vance and Polly Jones and aunt, Mary Barnett.

He is survived by his wife, Robbie Jones; daughter and son-in-law, Christi and Aaron Martin; granddaughters, Kayleigh Jones, Aubrey Martin and Natalie Martin; sister, Carol Matthews; nephew, Bill O’Kelley; special friends, Danny Fennell, Carl Franklin, Butch Garrison, and Pablo Fraire; other special sons, Nathan Fennell, Joey Watkins, Anthony Smith, Adam Nance, Joel Blackburn, and William Miller.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5 until 8 p.m.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association or a charity of your choice.
