Inez Bagley

Mrs. Inez Whaley Bagley, 91, of Resaca passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Hamilton Medical Center.

She was the daughter of the late George and Rosa Bell Brock Whaley and was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon L. Bagley; sisters, Johnnie Brock, Betty Jo Johnson, Lucille Hair and Bobbie Jean Whaley; brother, Ralph Whaley; great-grandson, Patrick Dewayne Darnell.

Inez was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.

She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She loved gardening, flowers, pizza and fishing.

Inez is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Donna Lee and Nolan Bell of Resaca; sisters, Catherine Stafford and Wylene (Tootie) Elliot-Kenemore both of Dalton; grandchildren, Kristen Planzer and Michael Darnell; great-grandchildren, Taylor Planzer, Jada Planzer and Logan Darnell; nieces, nephews and special friend, Matthew Silvers.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Raymond McCranie officiating.

Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m.
