Margie Stanfield Dunford

Mrs. Margie Stanfield Dunford, 89, of Dalton passed away Monday, February 8, 2016.

She was the daughter of the late Grady and Cleo Butler Stanfield and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Richard Dunford, sister, Betty Faye Hayno and brother, Bobby Ray Stanfield.

Margie was a member of the Lafayette First Baptist Church.
She was also a member of the Acacia Chapter of the Eastern Star of Knoxville, TN and Highlands Women’s Club of Louisville, KY.

Margie is survived by her son, Richard Dunford of Rocky Face, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Lafayette Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m.

The family asks that flowers please be omitted and memorials be made to one's favorite charity.
