Debbie Wood

Mrs. Debbie Wood, 63, of Dalton passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016 at her residence.

She was the daughter of the late Rowdy and Jewell Manis and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wood; brothers, Hoke Willingham and Howell Willingham.

Debbie was a member of Rock Bridge Community Church and was a retired teacher, have taught early childhood development.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Kevin Norred of LaGrange, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Vickie and Robert Mathis of Ringgold and Mary and Robert Keck of Dalton; grandson Codi Norred; nephew Matthew (Natalie) Keck.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with her grandson Codi Norred officiating.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Wednesday from 11 a.m. till the service at 1 p.m.
