Marion F. Albertson

Mr. Marion F. Albertson, 83, of Dalton, passed away, Sunday, May 17, 2009 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Virginia Lee White Albertson; daughter, Greena Lee Albertson; sister, Barbara Brackett.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Marion is survived by his wife, Geneva Patty Albertson of Dalton; daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Bill Newman, Barbara and Andrew Lusk all of Dalton and Beverly and Mike Tankesley of Hixson, TN; niece and her husband, Marla and Steve Randolph of Atlanta; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Felix and Carolyn Brackett of Dalton; grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive.
A memorial service will be held at 2 P.M. Thursday from St. Mark’s Episcopal Church with the Rev. C. Dean Taylor and the Rev. Elizabeth Roles officiating.
The family will receive friends Thursday in the Parish Hall of the church from Noon til the service at 2.
