Mr. Larry Joe Fetzer, 57, of Dalton, went to be with his savior Wednesday, April 5, 2006 in Hamilton Medical Center.
He was the son of the late, Ollie and Zula Caldwell Fetzer and was preceded in death by his daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Robbie Fuller; sister, Patsy McKissick; father-in-law, Author Brown; sister-in-law, Shirley Fetzer.
Larry was a faithful member of Temple Baptist Church, where he passionately served as the Brotherhood Director.
Larry was an avid hunter.
He was a devoted husband, Daddy, Brother and “Pappaw Larry”.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Brown Fetzer of the residence.
Son and daughter-in-law, Seth and Christi Fetzer of Dalton.
Daughter, Bree Fetzer of Dalton.
Sister and brother-in-law, Frances and Clyde Smith of Cohutta, Thelma and ”Buzz” Buzzell of Colorado, Diane and Gerald Rowland of Dalton.
Brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank and Frances Fetzer of Dalton, Gene and Mildred Fetzer of Dalton, Ronald Fetzer of Cohutta, Charles and Judy Fetzer of Cohutta , Phil and Judy Fetzer of Dalton.
Mother-in-law, Ruth Brown of Dalton.
Sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law, Frances and Johnny Hedden, Jackie and Earl Ogle all of Dalton.
Brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Mary Brown of Chatsworth, Bobby Brown and Mike Brown both of Dalton.
Grandchildren, Ryan and Caitlyn Fuller.
Honorary Grandchildren, Ali, Kacie and Molly Ausmus.
And his wonderful Church family at Temple Baptist Church.
Nieces and nephews.
Services will be Saturday at 1 P.M. from Temple Baptist Church with the Rev. Bret Yaeger and the Rev. Neil Canada officiating. Followed by a White Dove Release.
Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Friday after 5 P.M.
