Nancy Ann Kawa

Mrs. Nancy Ann Kawa, 63, of Dalton and formerly of New Bedford, MA., passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at her residence.
She was the daughter of the late George H. and Sarah McMullen Brightman.
Nancy was a loving and caring individual, who cared more about family and friends than she did about herself. She graduated from Holy Family High School in New Bedford, MA.; and was co-owner of R. and N. Industries (carpet sales).
She visited several Asian Pacific countries accompaning Chet on business trips and won over many friends in these countries.
She is survived by her husband, Chet Kawa of Dalton; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Kenny and Carol Kawa of MA.; cousins, Michael and Patty Wilbur, Noella Joao, Ann Marie amd Mario Viveiros; Rosemary and John Moniz, several other cousins; her special Dalton family, the Barber family; special friends, Annabella and Gary Christy of MA.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Friday from 4 to 8 P.M.
