Irene Evans Bartenfeld

Mrs. Irene Evans Bartenfeld, 89, of Dalton, died Monday, June 22, 2009 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph C. “Bud” Bartenfeld in 2000.
Irene is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and George Chastain of Dalton; granddaughter, Rhonda Chastain Gravely of Dalton; great-granddaughter, Brittney Gravely of Dalton; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Juanita Nations, Mildred Bartenfeld, Jerome Bartenfeld and George Bartenfeld all of Dalton; friend and caretaker, Karen Robinson of Dalton; nieces and nephews.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 P.M. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Dr. David Kitchens officiating.
Burial will follow in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Tuesday from 5 to 8 P.M.
