Wilma Sosebee

Mrs. Wilma Fowler Sosebee, 82, of Tunnel Hill, passed away Saturday October 1, 2016 at Hamilton Medical Center.

She was the daughter of the late J.T. and Mossie Freeland Fowler and was preceded in death by her grandson, Robert Sosebee; brothers, J.N. Fowler and Johnny Fowler, Jr.

Wilma was a member of Tunnel Hill First Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was also an amazing cook.

She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Thomas James Sosebee of the residence; son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Margie Sosebee of Ringgold; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Terry Mitchell of Dalton; sisters, Judy Keene of Adairsville, GA and Myrtle Davis of Pearson, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Sidney and Katie Fowler of Gadsden, Al; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ray and Velma Sosebee of Dalton and Irene Davenport of Copper Hill, TN; grandchildren, Chris Sosebee, Stephanie Digirolamo, Cassandra Sosebee, Will Boyd, Timothy Boyd, Tera Gee, and Nikki Haddaway; great-grandchildren, Logan, Jarrett, Tyler, Brice, Makayla, Arianna, Blaise, Gianni, Kale, Kennedy, Presley, Addison, Blakely, Robbie, Riley, Austin, Caleb and Alexis; great-great-grandchild, Demetri; nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be at 4:30 Sunday October 2, 2016 in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. George Ross, Rev. Dewey Boyd and Rev. Tyson Griffin officiating.

Burial will be in Swamp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Sunday from 2 p.m. until the funeral hour at 4:30 p.m.

Wilma's request was to omit flowers and make donations to Tunnel Hill First Baptist Church, 202 Cherry St Tunnel Hill Ga 30755 or to Swamp Creek Cemetery Fund, C/O Andrea McArthur 240 Tilton Rd.. Dalton GA 30721.
