Steven Smithey

Mr. Steven Smithey, 55, of Dalton passed away Monday, October 10, 2016 at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Smithey Sr. and Betty West Smithey.

Steven is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Shawn and Farrah Smithey of Dalton, Matthew and Taylor Smithey of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Karyme Smithey, Dawson Smithey and Ella Smithey; sister, Belinda Smithey of Dalton; brother, Ralph Smithey Jr. of Summerville, Ga; aunt and uncle, Pat and David Stamey of Dalton; special friends, Carolyn Lawson and Charlotte Bartley both of Dalton; nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 5 p.m. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Crider officiating.

Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Tuesday from 3 to 5 p.m.
