Ruth Brown

Mrs. Ruth Fox Brown, 95, of Dalton, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2009 at her residence.
She was a member of the Five Springs United Methodist Church and was better know as “Mammaw”. Preceding her in death, was her father, Claude Fox; mother, Pearl Carder; brother, Bill Fox; son-in-law, Larry Fetzer; daughter-in-law, Rosa Brock and her loving husband of 68 1/2 years, Arthur E. Brown.
Ruth is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Bobby Brown and Mike Brown both of Dalton, Jimmy and Mary Brown of Chatsworth, GA.; daughters and
sons-in-law, Frances and Johnny Hedden, Jackie and Earl Ogle and Debbie Fetzer all of Dalton; sister, Pearl Turner of Ohio; 11 grandchildren;
17 great-grandchildren;
4 great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews also survive.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 P. M. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Bret Yaeger and the Rev. Doug Jordan officiating.
Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the Love Funeral Home Tuesday after 5 P.M.
