Faye M. Jett

Faye M. Jett, 87, formerly of Jackson, MS, died Sunday, January 8, 2017 at Brookdale Senior Living Memory Care of Hattiesburg, MS.

A graveside service will be held for Mrs. Jett at 1 PM on Friday, January 13, 2017 at Whitfield Memorial Gardens in Dalton, GA.

Mrs. Jett was a lifelong member of the Church of God and she was a long time employee of SuperValu Grocery Stores. She is preceded in death by her husband of fifty-nine years, William “Billy” Jett; two brothers, C.T. Roberts and Calvin Roberts; and a sister, Mary Dufour.

She is survived by her two sons, Randy (Diane) Jett and Kenny Jett, both of Hattiesburg, MS; a brother, Woodie (Judy) Roberts of Nashville, TN; a sister, Henretta (Boyce) Teas of Crestview, FL; five grandchildren, Dana (Brad) Chisholm of Petal, MS, Will (Chelsi) Jett of Mandeville, LA, Kenny (Brooke) Jett of Panama City Beach, FL, Melinda (Patrick) Biglane of McDonough, GA, and Leigh Anne (Matthew) Creekmore of Nashville, TN; eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mrs. Jett will be from 11 AM until 12:30 PM on Friday, January 13, 2017 at Love Funeral Home in Dalton, GA.

At the request of the family, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the charity of your choice.
