Franklin Trammell

Franklin Leverette Trammell, 77 of Nahunta, GA passed away Thursday (September 7, 2017), at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, FL following a brief illness.

Born in Dalton, GA., his parents were Harold Trammell and Ione Springer Trammell.

Franklin worked many years as a Transportation Dispatcher, and was an avid gun collector.

Survivors include his wife, Tamara Crump Trammell, of Nahunta; a son, Chaz Trammell, of Nahunta; 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Kelly and Michael Padrick, of Hinesville, Lauren and Larry Vandergriff, of Dalton, GA.; and one grandson, Kyle Hagler, of Hinesville. Also surviving are cousins Carey Craig, Betty Sponcler and Bill Bowen all of Dalton and Suzanne Hull of Jourdanton, TX.

A graveside memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in West Hill Cemetery
