Franklin Ted Sane

Mr. Franklin Ted Sane, 84, of Rocky Face passed away Thursday, November 9, 2017 at his home. He was the son of the late James and Jessie Grooms Sane. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Bill Sane, Sam Sane, John Sane, Ray V. Sane, and Jay Baugh; sisters, Mary Nell Wells and Juanita Porter; grandchild, Lee Burrell. Ted is survived by his wife of 66 years, Mary Ruth Bishop Sane; children, Terry Sane of Tunnel Hill and Douglas and Pat Sane of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Brett and Heath Sane; great-grandchildren, Landon Burrell and Brayden Sane; sister, Edna Jones of Dalton. Funeral services for Ted will be held Sunday at 2 PM in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Tyler Gilreath and the Rev. Doyle Partin officiating. Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday from 4 PM until 8 PM at Love Funeral Home.
