Virginia Harper

Mrs. Virginia Headrick Harper, 83, of Panama City, Florida and formerly of Dalton passed away Friday, November 17, 2017 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Fredrick and Rosa Mae Bearden Headrick and was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Harper; daughter, Tina Gail Harper and a grandson, Billy Helton. Virginia was a member of Dogwood Valley Baptist Church. She loved old movies, reading, cross stitching and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Sandy Helton of Dalton and Denise and James Stanley of Panama City, FL; brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Jeanette Headrick of Tunnel Hill; sister, Ellen Harris of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Stephen (Misty) Helton, Keisha Helton, Tyler Helton, Masie Helton, Stacey Hill, Kolby Youell, Kelly Cox, Zayla Cox, Klose Cox, Clarence “C.J.” (Justine) Stanley, Kale Stanley, Mailea Stanley, Allen (Kristin) Stanley, Gage Stanley, Bradin Stanley, Preston Stanley, Ashlyn Stanley, Steven (Jodi) Stanley, Kaiden Stanley and Stephanie (Ray) Penchak; special niece, Ruth Gaddis; nieces and nephews. Services will be on Saturday at noon in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Benny Roberts and the Rev. Jeremiah Quarles officiating. Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Saturday from 10 until the service at noon.
