Michael D. Clark, Sr.

Mr. Michael D. Clark, Sr., 69, of Rocky Face, passed away Sunday October 25, 2009 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Anderson Clark of Rocky Face; son and daughter-in-law, Michael D. Clark, JR. and Nicole of Powder Springs, GA.; daughter and son-in-law, Sherrie and Joe Jakebowski of Carry, NC.; brother Gary Clark of Durham, NC.; extended family, Helen and Steve Lin of Dalton; grandchildren, Jonathan Jakebowski, Anderson Clark, Lizbeth Clark, Joshua Lin, Jason Lin and Joy Lin.
At Michael’s request, he will be cremated and no services are planned.
