Mattie Kirk Gordon

Mrs. Mattie Kirk Gordon, 60, of the Villanow Community, passed away Tuesday
Nov. 17, 2009.
She was the daughter of the late Bill Kirk, Sr. and Mary Ellen Lance Kirk and was preceded in death by her sister, Peggy Morrison.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Mattie is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, James Gordon of Villanow; daughter, Melissa Horn of Villanow and grandson Logan Horn of Villanow, sisters and brother-in-law, Velva Nealy, Billie and James Mullinax all of Chatsworth; brothers and sisters-in-law, Carl and Thelma Kirk of Chatsworth, Eddie and Kimberly Kirk of Ranger, GA., Dennis and Beverly Kirk of Bowden, GA. and Paul and Mary Kirk of Calhoun; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2 P.M. Friday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Balckstock officiating.
Burial will follow in Grove Level Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Thursday after 5 P.M.
