Ruby P. Hayes

Mrs. Ruby Payne Hayes, 75, of Dalton, passed away, Thursday November 26, 2009.
She was the daughter of the late, Malvin and Lucy Miller Payne and was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Hayes, Sr.; brothers and sisters, Alfred Payne, Clarence Payne, Mary Payne, Nannie May Payne, Raymond Payne, Ray Payne and Jerry Payne.
Cecil, Sr. and Ruby together owned and operated Dalton Wrecker Service for 38 years.
Ruby is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Cecil Hayes, Jr. and Lesa Hayes, Jim and Anne Hayes all of Dalton;
grandchildren, Robyn Hayes, Ashley Hayes and Haley Hayes.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 1 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home.
Burial will be follow in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Saturday from 5 to 9 P.M.
