Philip L. Potts, Ii

Mr. Philip L. Potts, II, 34, of Dalton, passed away Friday January 29, 2010 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Walter Jackson, JR., Virginia Nelson Jackson, Hector Beauregard Potts, Gladys Jones Potts Bates; great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Walter Jackson, Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Wright Nelson.
Philip had a big heart and even bigger dreams; most of all he would help others without reserve and loved those around him more than he knew how to express.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Jackson Potts of Rocky Face,GA.; father, Philip L. Potts, Sr. (Susan) of Ringgold; brother and sister-in-law, Jonathan H. and Brook Blansit Potts of Cartersville; cousin and special friend, Marlin Lund of Dalton; aunts uncles and other cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be at 2 P.M. Wednesday from the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Mimbs and the Rev. Steve Moore officiating.
Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on
Tuesday from 5 to 8 P. M.
