Betty Whaley Johnston

Mrs. Betty Whaley Johnston, 78, of Dalton, passed away Friday, January 29, 2010 along with her son Kendall. She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne Johnston; parents G. T. and Rosa Bell Whaley and a sister, Johnnie Brock.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Paul Johnston of Cohutta, GA. daughter-in-law, Rhoda Johnston of Dalton; sister-in-law, Cybil Sloan of Resaca; grandchildren, April Johnston, Audrey Johnston and Andrew Johnston; sisters, Lucille Hair, Inez Bagley, Kathryn Stafford, and Wylene Elliott Kenemore all of Dalton; brother, Ralph Whaley of Dalton.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 P.M. from the Cedar Valley Cathedral of Praise with the Rev. Clayton Brown and Ronnie Missildine officiating.
Burial will be in Dawn Rest Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Tuesday from 5 to 8 P.M.
