Mrs. Camilla Ann “Peaches” Ford, 71, of Dalton, (Dawnville Community), died Friday, July 14, 2006 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late, Eden and Cecil Vincent Williams and was preceded in death by her brother, Alfred Williams.
She was a member of the Dalton First Baptist Church since 1956; was a member of the choir; a Sunday school teacher; kindergarten teacher; day-care teacher and director.
Camilla is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Henry J. Ford, Sr. of Dalton.
Son and Daughter-in-law, Henry “Jackie” Ford, Jr. and Cynthia of Rocky Mtn.,
N.C.
Daughters and Son-in-law, Diane and Sam Phillips of Harrisburg, N.C. and Sharon Ford of Newnan, Ga.
Sister and Brother-in-law, Virginia and Ross Bauscher and sister-in-law, Virginia Williams all of Louisville, Ky.
Grandchildren; Robin Lefleur, Trey Wise and Scott Henry Phillips.
Great-Grandson, Dylan Lefleur.
Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Services will be Saturday at 4 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Flanagan and the Dr. Ross Bauscher officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Love Funeral Home Saturday from 2 to
4 P.M.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the Hamilton Hospice, P.O. Box 1168, Dalton, Ga. 30722-1168 or to the First Baptist Church Library, P.O. Box 827, Dalton, Ga. 30722-0827.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 P.M. at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home, 1185 W. Main Street, Shelbyville, Ky. (1-502-633-1655)
Graveside services will be Monday at 10 A.M. at the Bagdad Cemetery in Bagdad, Ky.
