Irene Whisenant

Ms. Irene K. Whisenant, 73, of Dalton, departed this life Thursday, July 27, 2006.
She was the daughter of the late Chester and Lillie Mae Stinson King and was preceded in death by her daughter, Angelea Whisenant
Irene is survived by daughter and sons-in-law, Karen and Charlie Daves of Chatsworth, Sharon and Levien Roels of Dalton, Jacinta (Cinty) and Daniel Ward of Ringgold.
Father of her children, J. C. Whisenant of Dalton.
Grandchildren, Daniel Thomason, Scott and Keri Thomason, Aaron Mansfield, Hallie and David Pierce, Elysium Camille “Camie” Ward.
Great-Granddaughters, Makayla and Molly Thomason.
Sister, Jo Lewis of Dalton.
Brother and sister-in-law, Sam and Avis King of Acworth.
Nieces, Kaye Ogle and Emily King; Nephew, Heath King.
Services will be Monday at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Randy Mayfield officiating.
Burial will follow in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home, Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m.
