Clarence P. Harper

Mr. Clarence P. Harper, 74, of Dalton, passed away, Tuesday, July 31, 2006 at his residence.
He was the son of the late, Brainerd and Mae Key Harper and was preceded in death by his daughter, Tina Harper; grandson, Billy Helton; brother, Kenneth Harper; sister, Dorothy Dean.
Clarence was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Virginia Headrick Harper of the residence.
Daughters and son-in-law, Sandy Helton of Chatsworth, Denise and James Stanley of Gordon County.
Sister, Effie Hughes of Dalton.
Brother, Mitchell Harper of Cohutta.
Grandchildren, Stacey Hill, Stephen and Misty Helton, Stephanie Stanley, C.J. Stanley, Allen Stanley and Stephen Stanley.
Great-Grandchildren, Kelly Cox, Kolby Youell, Keisha Helton, Tyler Helton, Gage Stanley, Bradin Stanley.
Nieces and nephews.
Services will be Thursday at 4 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. David Baker officiating.
Burial will follow in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The Family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Wednesday from 5 to 8 P.M.
