Dorothy Johnson

Mrs. Dot Johnson, 71 of Dalton, passed away, Friday August 18, 2006 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late, John and Bell Skinner Evans and was preceded in death by her brothers, Alton Evans and Paul Evans; sister and brother-in-law, Idell and Alton Reed; sister-in-law, Vendetta Evans.
She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church for 40 + years.
Dot is survived by her loving husband, Hammond Johnson of the residence.
Son and daughter-in-law, Ricky D. and Amy Jo Johnson of Dalton.
Daughter and son-in-law, Sherry and Lamar Duncan of Dalton.
Sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Bud Ivy of Gainesville, GA.
Brothers and sister-in-law, Leon Evans, Charles and Mazell Evans all of Gainesville.
Sister-in-law, Ellen Thompson of Gainesville.
Grandchildren, Caitlin Marie Johnson, Morgan Faye Johnson ad Eli Lamar Duncan.
Nieces and nephews,
Services will be Sunday at 3 P.M. at Trinity United Methodist Church with the Rev. Randy Healan and the Rev. Fred Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow in United Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Saturday from 5 to 9 P.M.
