Herman Kuster, Jr.

The Reverend Herman L. Kuster, departed this life Wednesday morning at Hamilton Medical Center. He was born in Bloomsburg, PA. in 1923. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Herman Kuster, Sr. also one brother and one sister.
He leaves behind his wife Joanne Kuster of Dalton; children, Jack McCarthy of Boca Raton, FL., Lynn Kuster of Allentown, PA., Darla Munn of Dalton and Kristin Moran of Florham Park, New Jersey; 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Rev. Kuster served churches in the Philadelphia, PA. area and moved to Dalton after retirement. He served in the Unites States Army during World War II in Germany and Belgium.
At Rev. Kuster request he was cremated.
Memorial services will be Friday, April 9, 2010 at 1 P.M. in the chapel of the First United Methodist Church of Dalton with Dr. Robin Lindsey officiating. Inurnment will be in the family plot in Lancaster, PA. at a later date. The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Thursday, April 8, 2010 from 6 to 8 P.M.
