Rosa Glidewell

Mrs. Rosa Dotson Glidewell, 94, of Dalton, passed away Monday May, 10, 2010.
She was the daughter of the late John and Margaret Caldwell an was preceded in death by her husband, J. G. Glidewell and a son John “Buddy” Whaley and a grandson, Terry Roberts.
Rosa was the oldest member of Pine Grove Baptist Church,
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Patsy and Lowell Moss, Jr. of Dalton; daughter-in-law, Florence Whaley of Wayne, MI.; grandchildren, Debra and Larry Hathcock, Pamela and Edmond Ridley, Michael and April Kinsey and Janis Roberts all of Dalton, Joann Bergin of Chicago, IL., Kathleen and Marty Lamontagne of Westland, MI., Virginia Bhathena of Tecumseh, MI. and John Whaley of Wayne, MI; 7 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 3 P.M. Thursday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Doug Maddox officiating.
Burial will follow in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Thursday from 1 P.M. till the funeral at 3 P.M.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Pine Grove Cemetery Fund, 4004 Airport Rd. SE., Dalton, GA. 30721.
