Carolyn Hibbs

Mrs. Carolyn Faye Forester Hibbs, 66, of Rocky Face, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2010 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN.
She was the daughter of the late, Roland and Nora Forester and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Bill” Hibbs; sisters, Estelle Young and Frances Page; brothers, Roy Forester, John L. Forester and Leonard Forester.
Carolyn was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, Sharon and Steve McBrayer of Dalton, Charles and Cagney Hibbs of Rocky Face, Pam and Shawn Estermyer of Lafayette, James and Machelle Hibbs of Rocky Face, Teresa Meeks and her fiancé, Raymond Maynor of Ft. Oglethorpe, Jeff and Tracy Hibbs of Rocky Face and Sheila and Dewayne Walston of Lafayette; sisters and brother-in-law, Eunice and Maurice Conner of Eatonton, GA., Martha Hegwood of Tunnel Hill and Shirley Blanton of Rocky Face; grandchildren, Amanda McBrayer, Tyler McBrayer, Renea Hibbs, Joseph Hibbs, Lucas Hibbs, Zach Hibbs, Samantha Hibbs, Savannah Hibbs, Jesse Hibbs, Shawn Andrew Estermyer, Emily Estermyer, Cpl. Anthony Meeks, Pfc. Joshua Meeks, Jessica Meeks, Jaida Walston, Brady Walston, Justin Hibbs, Levi Hibbs and Dallas Hibbs; 11 great-grandchildren; special nephew, Randal Elrod; special niece, Barbara Heath; other nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be at 2 P.M. Sunday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with Brother Steve McBrayer officiating.
Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Saturday from 5 to 9 P.M.
