Lena Houston Hall

Mrs. Lena Houston Hall, 90, of Hickory, NC., and formerly of Dalton, passed away, Saturday, September 23, 2006 in Frye Medical Center in Hickory, NC..
She was the daughter of the late, Harry Samuel and Emma Gazaway Houston and was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Hall.
Lena was retired from Hamilton Medical Center.
She is survived by her Daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn and Jack Walker of Kalamazoo, MI., Eugenia and Carl Welch of Hickory, Marcia Gunter of Hickory, Debby and Darel Edwards of Vidalia, GA.
Sons, Gerald Hall of Scottsboro, AL., Pete Hall of Cartersville, and Joe Hall of Hickory .
Sister-in-law, Maude Houston of Athens, GA.
18 Grandchildren.
Numerous Great-Grandchildren,and Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 A.M. from Cove Baptist Fellowship Church with the Rev. Ronald McKinney officiating.
Burial will follow in the Cove Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Monday from 6 to 8 P.M.
