Arnold Rutherford

Mr. Arnold Ray Rutherford, 72, of Dalton, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2006 in the V. A. Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN.
He was the son of the late, William and Vada Hooper Rutherford and was preceded in death by his sister, Minnie Joyce; brother, O. D. Rutherford; brother-in-law, William Stout; father-in-law, Carl Rittenhouse, Sr.; son-in-law, Scott Millsap and three nieces.
Arnold was a veteran of the United States Army and was a member of the Church of God of the Union Assembly.
He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Wanda Rittenhouse Rutherford of the residence.
Daughters, Dixcee Millsap and Marniqua Rutherford both of Rocky Face.
Son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Heather Rutherford of Tunnel Hill.
Sisters and brothers-in-law, Lillian Stout of Chatsworth, June and John Paul and Jan Wright all of LA Follette, TN., Sharon and James Robinson of Kokomo, IN.
Brother and sister-in-law, William and Jan Rutherford of Chattanooga, TN.
Grandchild, Kaleb Ray Rutherford of Tunnel Hill.
Mother-in-law, Annie Ruth Rittenhouse of Dalton.
Nieces and nephews.
Services will be Friday ay 11 A.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Lonnie Starnes officiating.
Burial will follow in the National Cemetery in Chattanooga, TN.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Thursday from 4 to 8 P.M.
