Louise Burgess

Mrs. Louise Cantrell Burgess, 93, of Dalton, passed away peacefully in her sleep Saturday September 4, 2010 at Ridgewood Manor Nursing Home.
She was the daughter of the late, Henry and Etta Cantrell and was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Burgess and great-grandson, Jordan Etheridge.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Sylvia Etheridge of Chatsworth, Hilda and Vernon Worthy of Atlanta, Elaine and Rick Huggins of Dalton; grandchildren and their spouses, Joel and Andrea Etheridge of Chatsworth, Tim and Lori Etheridge, Kristi and Jim Harvey all of Dalton, Stephanie and Brad Spieth, Kim and Chip Hall all of Cumming, GA. and Angela and Greg Joyce of Dalton; 10 great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 11 A. M. Tuesday from Eastside Baptist Church with Dr. Aaron Jones officiating.
Burial will follow in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Monday from 5 to 8 P.M.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity.
