Kathleen Jaquith

Mrs. Kathleen Whitmire Jaquith, 90, of Dalton, passed away Friday, September 24, 2010 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late, Claud Erskine Whitmire and Willow Teet Whitmire and was preceded in death by her husband, Lawson Ned Jaquith, Sr. and son, Lawson Ned Jaquith; brother, Dewitt Whitmire and sister, Ruth Thomason.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dalton.
Kathleen is survived by her daughter-in-law, Karen Jaquith of Dalton; grandchildren, Kristi and David Ferguson of Lagrange, GA., Forrest and Jessica Jaquith of Dalton; great-grandchildren, Katelyn Ferguson, Riley Grace Ferguson, Banks Jaquith, Carson Jaquith and Lauren Jaquith; nieces, Kathy Johnson and Janet Shepherd both of Dalton; nephew, Dr. Jim Whitmire of Jacksonville, FL.
Services will be Sunday at 3:30 P.M. from the First Baptist Church of Dalton with Dr. Billy Nimmons and Dr. Jim Whitmire officiating.
Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the atrium of the church Sunday from 1:30 to 3:30 P.M.
