David Arnold Thomason

Mr. David Arnold Thomason, 81, of Dalton, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2007 at his residence.
He was the son of the late, D. L. “Cat” and Annie White Thomason and was preceded in death by his daughter, Donna Lynne Thomason; sons, David A. Thomason, Jr.-Larsen, and Ronnie L. Thomason; Grandson, Jason Thomason.
Arnold was a veteran of WWll, having fought in the Battle of the Bulge with the United States Army, 5th Armored Division- Victory Squad.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Whitson-Tomlin Thomason of the residence.
Son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Vickie Thomason of Dalton.
Grandchildren, Debbie Larsen of Colorado, Kelly Thomason of Alabama, Eric Thomason of Dalton and Alexis Thomason of Dalton.
Two Great-Grandchildren.
Services will be Sunday at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. George Ross officiating.
Burial will follow in the West Hill Cemetery with American Legion Post #112 having Military rites.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Saturday from 5 to 8 P.M.
