Mary Elizabeth Dyer

Miss. Mary Elizabeth Dyer, 71, of Dalton, passed away Monday, February 5, 2007 at her residence.
She was the daughter of the late, Jim and Pate Shoemaker Dyer and was preceded in death by her sisters, Susie Callahan, Marie Parker and Georgia Luffman; brother, Otis Dyer; special nephews, Ronnie Ledford and Gary Hawkins; special nieces, Rita McLemore and Kathy Ledford.
Mary Elizabeth is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Jerome and Opal Dyer of Jasper, Ga.; sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty Lowery, Ruth Ledford, Pat and Charles Hawkins all of Dalton, Brenda and Claude Jones of Ringgold; special great-nephews, Austin and Christian Center of Dalton; nieces and nephews also survive.
Services will be Thursday at Noon in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. J. B. Kirby officiating.
Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Wednesday after 5 P.M.
