Aj Larmon

AJ Larmon, 92, of Dalton passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024.

He was the son of the late Viola and A.L. “Yank” Larmon and was also preceded in death by his grandson, Cory Larmon and siblings, I.T. Larmon, Leonard Larmon, Marie Westmoreland and Edna Dillingham.

AJ was a Korean War Veteran. He was a successful businessman, having owned and operated several local businesses over his lifetime. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed collecting guns and cars.

AJ is survived by his children, Richard Larmon, Wayne Larmon (Karen), Elaine Larmon (Bob Reed); grandchildren, Elyssa Reed, Marielle Matthews (Jacob), Sarah Reed, and Storey Pack; great-grandchildren, Jameson Matthews, Stevie Jay Pack and Kyler Pack; nieces and nephews.

Funeral serves will be held at 3 PM on Saturday in the chapel of Love Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 until 3.
