Mrs. Betty Ann Cox McBrayer, 90, of Dalton, passed away at her home on Sunday, January 30, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Earl McBrayer; her parents, Marvin and Josie Cox; and her sisters, Catheryn Hall, Margaret Boyd, and Frances McClain.

Mrs. McBrayer is survived by her children, Don McBrayer (Lise) of Greensboro, NC and Debbie Mark (Forrest) of Lake Mary, FL; grandchildren, Ian McBrayer (Jenn), Luke McBrayer, Darren Mark, Leslee Mark, and Sara Mark; sister, Martha Brown; and brother-in-law, Ralph McBrayer. Many nieces and nephews also survive. She was a lifelong member of East Side Baptist Church. The family would like to express their appreciation of Mrs. McBrayer’s family and caregivers for all the compassion and care that they gave to her.

Funeral services for Mrs. McBrayer will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at East Side Baptist Church in Dalton with Reverend Roger Suggs officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation at Love Funeral Home on Friday, February 4, 2022, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all donations be made to East Side Baptist Church, 913 E. Morris Street, Dalton, GA 30720.
