Betty Anne Shook

Mrs. Betty Ann Chastain Shook, 93, of Dalton passed away on Thursday March 7, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Lois Hunt Chastain, husband, James P. Shook son, Chuck Shook and a grandson, Young Murphy.
Betty is survived by her son, Richard Shook of Rocky Face, daughter, Judy (Justin) Moore of Rocky Face, grandson, Chuck (Rebecca) Murphy of Birmingham, sister Doris Pendley and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday at 2 pm at First Baptist Church of Dalton with Dr. Jonathan Barlow officiating.
The family will receive friends in the atrium of First Baptist Church Dalton from 12 noon until 2 pm.
