Bonnie Corn Shope

Mrs. Bonnie Corn Shope, 91, of Dalton went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Regency Park.

She was the daughter of the late Jasper and Lola Moss Corn and was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Shope; son, Howard Shope and 8 brothers and sisters.

Bonnie is survived by her daughters, Regina (Lloyd) Davenport of Dalton, Deborah Mosley of Lafayette and Donna (Mark) Hardin of Dalton; grandchildren, Amy Bagley, Rachel Hunter, Justin Mosley, Karen Smith and Christopher Hardin; 8 great-grandsons; sister, Ida Johnson of Marietta, GA; special friend of the family, Joyce Miller; nieces and nephews.

Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with Dr. James Shope and Michael Smith officiating.

Burial will be Crane Eater Cemetery in Calhoun, Georgia.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Thursday from 6 until 9 p.m.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity.
