Bradford "Brad" Russell

Bradford (Brad) Louis Russell was born on May 19, 1970 in Dalton, Georgia and entered into Heaven on September 11, 2019. He graduated from Southeast High School, attended Georgia Tech and received an Industrial Engineering degree from Southern Tech.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hoke and Pauline Russell of Dalton; uncles, Huey Russell of Resaca and Lendol Russell of Dalton and cousin, Russell Hipp of Chatsworth.

He is survived by his parents, Bradford and Brenda Russell of Rocky Face; sister, Bonnie Heilman of Union, Kentucky; grandmother, Helen Groves of Dalton; Aya Heilman, niece, and Lex Heilman, nephew, both of Union, Kentucky; uncle, Sam Russell (June) of Dalton; aunts, Jane Russell of St. Augustine, Florida, Louise Payne (William) of Chatsworth and Lillian Gordon (Vernon) of Dalton; many other cousins.

Brad was of the Christian faith and often studied the Bible. He was a gentle, kind soul who loved quiet time, wildlife and nature. He was slow to anger, loving and kind hearted. Everyone who knew Brad loved him. He never spoke ill of anyone.

Private graveside services with the immediate family will take place at West Hill Cemetery with Rev. Matt Evans officiating.
